Why book here instead of a tour platform?
Because you’re booking the founder directly — no middleman, no platform reselling the tour, no commission padded into the price. You write to me, I answer, and I’m the one who shows up to guide it. That’s the whole point of a tour this small.

8 riders max on every open Madrid bike tour, by rule. The small group is the whole point: I can answer questions, slow the pace down, and adjust the route a bit if the group wants. Private Madrid bike tours start at 4 riders; up to 8 you book online, and larger families or groups I arrange on request.

Open tours run in English. Private tours, you pick — English, French, or Spanish. I grew up between Madrid, Algiers, and Casablanca, so the three feel native.

With children I always recommend the Private Madrid Bike Tour: same Madrid, your family only, and I adjust the pace, the stops and the distance to them. There’s no fixed minimum age — what matters is that they ride a bike confidently. Write to me with their ages and we’ll work it out together.

Private tours run from 4 guests and adapt to you. Each runs daily at 10 AM or 3 PM — unhurried, about two and a half to three hours. You set the pace and the language — English, French, or Spanish — and I shape the route around what you want to see: food and tapas, art, family-friendly, or a bit of everything. The bike tour you can book straight from its page for up to 8; the private walk I arrange by request — tell me your date and I’ll confirm within 24 hours. Larger family or group of friends? Write to me and I’ll arrange it.

Light rain, we ride. It’s Madrid — rain rarely lasts long. Bike tours come with rain ponchos. If the weather turns truly bad — storm, ice, anything unsafe — I reschedule or refund minus the payment processing fee (the card processor charges that up front and doesn’t refund it to me). You’ll hear from me before the tour starts.
Bike tours start at C. de los Jardines, 12 — I’m outside Trixi Bike Shop with the Dinamo sign, 10-15 minutes before start. The private walk starts at Plaza de Isabel II, by the Ópera metro exit.
Cancel up to 24 hours before the tour starts and you get a full refund minus the payment processing fee. (The card processor charges that fee when you book and doesn’t refund it to me when you cancel — usually 2-3% of the booking total.) Less than 24 hours before the tour, and no-shows, no refund.
